When I’m awake, I feel lost because you’re so far from my reality. But when I search for you in dreams, I find only the madness of my desire. I see you in your golden boots, and you’re supposed to dance for me – only for me. But my longing traps you, wraps around you like a purple cloth, tightening until you can no longer move, until the dance dies. And then – I wake up. You’re gone.
But each time I take another piece of this madness into my reality, Piece by piece by piece….
